Brandon Vaught was found guilty of three counts of Lewd Lascivious Battery/Engage in Sexual
Activity with a Victim 12 Years of Age or Older, Less than 16 Years of Age. He was also found
guilty of one count of Committing Unnatural and Lascivious Act following a two-day trial in
Naples.
The crimes occurred in Collier County. Vaught was arrested in 2018. There was one victim. The
Collier County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on December 3rd.
