Website Registration
- Go to premiumparking.com
- Under address, location # or destinations type in P2924. This is the parking lot location.
- A drop-down box will appear.
- Click on the first lot listed (Heitman Street Parking Lot).
- Click on Reserve Parking in Advance.
- Click on the Start date and enter the date you will be using the parking lot.
- Time of arrival should be 8:00 am end time is 5:00 pm
- Click on view rate.
- Click on park here.
- Enter your license plate number and State.
- Click on Have a Promotion Code?
- Enter the promo code (This can be found on the subpoena you received)
- Click on add promotion. You will see the total go to $0.00.
- Click on start parking.
- The next screen show confirmation of your parking and show you your reservation and location parking instructions.
Text Message
(May only use on day of parking)
- Text P2924 to 504504
- The response will show two options.
- Start parking here:
- Download the App.
- When you click on the link for start parking here, you will be taken to the website to enter your information.
- Enter your license plate number and press continue.
- Choose 10 hours.
- Once you pick your time you will see the total amount due.
- You will also see Promo Code and a box to type in the promo code (This can be found on the subpoena you received)
- Once you type in the promo code the next screen shows you the total has changed to $0.00.
- Press continue.
- The next screen is review and pay (you will not be paying if you entered the promo code) It also shows when your time expires.
- Press start parking and your time will begin.
- You will receive a text with your end time and other links to e-mail your receipt, add more time or download the app.
Camera Pay
(May only use on day of parking)
- Scan QR code on the sign next to the kiosk in the parking lot. (You can use your camera phone to scan this)
- Enter your phone number press continue.
- You will be text messaged a 4-digit verification code.
- Enter this in the box where instructed and press verify.
- Enter your license plate number state it was issued.
- Choose 10 hours to park.
- Press View Rate
- Next you will see the cost and can enter the promo code (This can be found on the subpoena you received). This will bring your total to $0.00.
- Press start parking.
Note: If you do not know your license plate #, press I do not know my license plate number and you will be prompted to enter the make, model, and color of your vehicle.
