The State Attorney’s Office has completed the review of the investigation into the officer involved shooting of Bradley Dean Rundle by Charlotte County Sheriff’s Deputies. The shooting occurred on June 24, 2019.
The actions of the officers involved in this incident were found to be a legally justifiable use of deadly force therefore no criminal charges will be filed.
