Convicted child molester, Graciano Lopez, of Lehigh Acres, has been sentenced to life in prison for Lewd and Lascivious Molestation on a Child Under 12. He was also designated a sexual predator.
The defendant was convicted in March following a trial in Lee County. Assistant State Attorney Adam Sullivan prosecuted the case.
The crime was reported to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in January 2024, after the child victim told a family member what happened. The defendant groped the child while she lay sleeping in a bed.
