Sentencing is scheduled for November 27, 2023, for Bobby Holland, for two counts of Sexual Battery – Victim Less Than 12 Years of Age, Lewd or Lascivious Molestation,
and Lewd or Lascivious Conduct.
A jury returned the guilty verdict following a three-day trial in Lee County. Assistant State Attorney Anastasia Snetkova prosecuted the case.
The defendant was arrested in December 2022 following an investigation by the Cape Coral Police Department. The investigation started after a personal letter involving the defendant was found in the child’s possession by an adult and the child victim told them what happened.
