Israel Compuzano Dominguez was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to 20 years in prison for Conspiracy to Traffic in Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Traffic in Fentanyl.
The defendant was arrested by the Narcotics Enforcement Task Force (NETFORCE) during Operation All in the Family, on April 28, 2023.
Dominguez served as a source of methamphetamine supply for top narcotics dealers in the area, while also purchasing and dealing fentanyl and other illegal drugs.
Assistant State Attorney Katherine Rumley, Chief of Narcotics, prosecuted the case.
The extensive undercover operation targeted drug trafficking families in Lee and Collier Counties, and their associates, who sell dangerous and illegal narcotics in Southwest Florida.
NETFORCE was formed by State Attorney Amira Fox to coordinate a circuit-wide approach to investigating and fighting crime.
