This morning, Roger Antonio Pavon, 30, of Bonita Springs, was convicted of two counts of Unlawful Sexual Activity, including special findings of penetration, on both counts.
Assistant State Attorney Adam Sullivan, of the Special Victims Unit, prosecuted the three-day jury trial in Lee County.
In 2024, the defendant had unlawful sexual activity with the teenage victim at a residence in Bonita Springs. The victim told their mother who contacted law enforcement immediately. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office handled the investigation.
Sentencing is scheduled for October 20, 2025.
