The State Attorney’s Office, 20th Judicial Circuit has filed charges against two men accused of taking lumber from a home under construction in Lehigh Acres.
Defendant Elvis Fonseca Lara is charged with one count of Dealing in Stolen Property, a SecondDegree Felony. The arrest, and filing of charges on this defendant, violated his probation in an
unrelated felony case.
Co-defendant Enrique Nava Molina is charged with one count of Dealing in Stolen Property, a Second-Degree Felony and one count of Trespassing on a Construction Site, a Third-Degree Felony.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case and arrested Molina and Lara on September 10, 2021.
Assistant State Attorney Jonathan Levy is prosecuting the case.
