Jeffrey Lynn Ross, of Middlefield, Ohio, was adjudicated guilty and sentenced, to 30 years in prison followed by lifetime Sex Offender Probation, for two counts of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation of a Child Less than 12 Years of Age. He was also designated a Sexual Predator. The jury returned the guilty verdict following a two-day trial in Lee County in May.
In March 2021, the defendant was arrested following an investigation by the Cape Coral Police Department, after a victim came forward and reported past sexual abuse.
