Hugo Abraham Cash Ramirez was convicted of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation following a two-day trial in Lee County.
Assistant State Attorneys Adam Sullivan and Emma Thomas, of the Special Victims Unit, prosecuted the case.
The criminal abuse was committed by a relative of the victim from 2016-2019, inside a Lehigh Acres home. The abuse was discovered in 2024, when the child victim told a family member about the crimes.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 27, 2026.
