Drug Dealer Sentenced to Prison

Stanley James Griffin was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to 10 years in prison, as a Habitual Felony Offender, for Sale or Delivery of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with Intent.
His prison sentence will be followed by 5 years of State Probation. He was found guilty in December following a trial in Lee County.

In 2019, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit was conducting an undercover operation. Surveillance was done which captured the defendant selling $1400 worth of crack cocaine. Griffin was then taken into custody.

Assistant State Attorney Michael Curley and Assistant State Attorney Andrew Riordan prosecuted the case.
