Drug Dealer Sentenced to Prison

Richard Glover, 60, of Fort Myers, was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to 5 years in prison as a Habitual Felony Offender for the Sale or Delivery of Cocaine and two counts of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell.

The defendant sold one ounce of crack cocaine to an undercover Lee County Sheriff’s Office Detective at the Tice Motel in February of this year. The Sheriff’s Office then executed a search warrant and found another .1 gram of crack cocaine on a table in the defendant’s room and an additional four grams in his pockets.

Assistant State Attorney Olivia Ferrell prosecuted the case.
