Drug Trafficker Arrested in NETFORCE Operation Sentenced to Prison

Lihensky Louidor has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for drug trafficking. He was also ordered to pay a total of $300,000 in fines. The defendant was arrested during the Narcotics Enforcement Task Force (NETFORCE) Operation Woot-de-Woot.

NETFORCE was formed by State Attorney Amira Fox to coordinate a circuit-wide approach to investigating and dismantling long-term organized crime, narcotics, racketeering, and money laundering criminal enterprises.

Operation Woot-de-Woot took place in 2021 and 2022, resulting in the arrest of 29 individuals and the seizure of cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, marijuana, oxycodone, firearms, and U.S. currency involved in illegal drug sales.

Louidor was adjudicated guilty of:

Trafficking in Phenethylamines – 400 Grams or More

Trafficking in Phenethylamines – 10 Grams or More

Conspiracy to Traffic in Controlled Substance (3 counts)

Possession of Cannabis with Intent

The defendant had various roles in a drug trafficking operation. He tended a grow house and worked as a delivery man, picking up narcotics packages filled with pills. He would pick up the packages that had been mailed to Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres and deliver them to conspirators, who are also now co-defendants in this case.

Assistant State Attorney Kate Rumley, Chief of Narcotics, prosecuted the case.
