The State Attorney’s Office has completed the review of the cases against the four juveniles arrested for a FaceBook conversation in which they discussed alleged threats. The juveniles are Hope Williams, Nicole Cruz, Amber Frederick, and Camren Monroe. All four are being entered into a pre-file diversion program called the Neighborhood Accountability Board or “N.A.B.”
Sanctions could include community service, restrictions on their ability to use the internet, or curfews. If they don’t follow the N.A.B. outline, their cases go back on the docket to be handled through the juvenile court system. This resolution has been discussed and agreed upon with the victim’s family.
