Guilty of Sexual Cyberharassment

Collin Herman Miles, 20, of Naples, was found guilty as charged with Sexual Cyberharassment, a First-Degree Misdemeanor, following a two-day trial in Collier County.

In March 2020, the defendant maliciously sexually cyberharassed the victim by posting sexually explicit photos and videos on the social media platform, SnapChat. The Naples Police Department investigated the case and the evidence obtained led to the arrest of Miles.

Assistant State Attorney Rhiannon Gomes prosecuted the case. A sentencing date has been set for March 22nd.
