Yuzo Nishi, 33, was sentenced to life in prison for one count of Second Degree Murder. He was found guilty in June following a trial in Collier County.
Nishi murdered a female relative in December 2016. Collier County Sheriff’s deputies handled the investigation.
Assistant State Attorneys Laura Farrell and James Stewart prosecuted the case.
