Due to the volume of requests for updates on the case involving defendant Lois Riess, case #18-000163CF, we are providing these details on the procedural aspects of the case.
Today was a case management conference hearing for Riess. The Honorable Judge Joseph Fuller granted the State’s Motion to Require the Accused to Submit to Finger Printing, Palm Printing, and Foot Printing. The date for the printing to be done has not yet been set by the court.
The defendant was present in court and waived her right to speedy trial. Her case is scheduled for another case management conference on October 31st.
