Fernando Molina Jr. was sentenced today to 25 years in prison followed by lifetime Sexual Offender Probation. He was adjudicated guilty of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation, Victim
Under 12. He was also designated a Sexual Predator.
The crimes against a child occurred in Lee County. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit investigated the case.
Assistant State Attorney Heather Fly prosecuted the case.
