Eltora Norman Lee Jr., of Lehigh Acres, was adjudicated guilty of Familial or Custodial Sexual Battery and sentenced to 96 months in prison, followed by 60 months of
Sex Offender Probation. The defendant pled to the crime on day two of trial, after the State’s first three witnesses testified.
Information about the crime became known in July 2018, when a child victim was taken to a Lee County hospital after telling family members she had been sexually assaulted. The Fort Myers Police Department responded and their investigation determined the defendant had sexually battered the victim at a Fort Myers residence.
Assistant State Attorney Anastasia Snetkova and Felony Division Circuit Court Chief Tyler Lovejoy prosecuted the case.
