The State Attorney’s Office has completed the review of all of the information available to us at this time against 14-year-old Alexander Crain. We have determined that the appropriate action to take is to charge Crain as an adult with two counts of Manslaughter with a Firearm. This is for the shooting and killing of his parents Thomas and Kelly Crain.
