Today the State Attorney’s Office announced that they have filed charges in the case of a fatal boat crash that occurred in Cape Coral on May 8, 2010. The state has charged Jason Williams with one count of Boating Under the Influence (BUI) Manslaughter, one count of BUI Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and one count of BUI with Damage. Williams turned himself in this afternoon to members of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission who investigated the case.
The case was investigated by the FWC who worked closely with the State Attorney’s Office throughout the investigation.
