The State Attorney’s Office has filed two Notices of Intent to Seek the Death Penalty in the cases against Bubba Wayne O’Connor and Wendy Michelle Soucier.
On October 11th, the Hendry County Grand Jury met and indicted O’Connor and Soucier for First Degree Murder, Attempted First Degree Murder, Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and First Degree Burglary.
This is for the crimes against Frank Jansson and Cherry Ermine on or about August 6, 2016 in Hendry County.
