Drug Conspiracy Case: Guilty Verdict

Today Fredrick Green was found guilty as charged for Conspiracy to Traffic in Cocaine 200 Grams or More and Conspiracy to Possess Marijuana with Intent to Sell following a 5 day trial in Collier County. 

Green was part of a drug trafficking organization in Immokalee that was investigated and dismantled by the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. There were 13 total defendants in this case. 

Two defendants still have pending cases. 

Green faces up to 35 years in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for April 19th. He will also have to pay a $100,000 fine.
