Fredrick Green was sentenced to 20 years in prison for Conspiracy to Traffic in Cocaine 200 Grams or More and 5 years for Conspiracy to Possess Marijuana with Intent to Sell to be served concurrently. Green also has to pay a $100,000 fine. Green was found guilty on the charges following a four day trial in Collier County that ended earlier this month. Green was sentenced Monday.
Green was part of a drug trafficking organization in Immokalee that was investigated and dismantled by the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. There were 13 total defendants in this case. Two defendants still have pending cases.
