The Charlotte County Grand Jury met recently and has returned a No True Bill in the death of Matthew Walker while in the custody of the Florida Department of Corrections at the Charlotte Correctional Institution in Punta Gorda.
“I want to thank the members of the Charlotte County Grand Jury for their hard work, diligence, and commitment to investigating this matter and making a Presentment,” said State Attorney Steve Russell.
