The Lee County Grand Jury returned an indictment today for Jorge Manuel Guerrero Torres on charges of First Degree Murder, Kidnapping, and Lewd or Lascivious Molestation for the murder and crimes against 9 year old Diana Alvarez. The charges are punishable by life in prison.
Torres will be arraigned on May 7th.
