The Lee County Grand Jury met today and indicted Joseph Adam Zieler on two counts of First Degree Murder.
This is for the murders of R.C., 11, and Lisa Story, 32. They were murdered in their Cape Coral home in 1990.
The indictment is in addition to the charges our office has already filed which are; Sexual Battery on a Child Less Than 12 Years Of Age, Sexual Battery with a Deadly Weapon or Great Force, and First Degree Burglary with Assault or Battery.
