Today Ducarmel Bellevue, 49, was found guilty as charged of three counts of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation following a two day trial in Collier County.
The charges involved Bellevue inappropriately touching and groping three victims. Two were 13 years of age and one was 15 at the time of the crimes. The molestation spanned over the course of approximately two years in Immokalee. The abuse was discovered when one of the children told an adult.
Bellevue faces up to 45 years in prison when he sentenced on October 26th.
Assistant State Attorneys Deborah Cunningham and Katherine Rumley prosecuted the case.
