Guilty Verdict: Fredrick Edouard

Today Fredrick Edouard was found guilty as charged for Second Degree Murder with a Firearm and Shooting at/within to a Dwelling or Building. The victim was Jerry Norvilus who was shot and killed in his home in Fort Myers in September 2013. The jury came back with a guilty verdict following a two day trial.

Assistant State Attorney Andreas Gardiner of our Homicide Unit and Assistant State Attorney Cassandra Quaglia handled the case.

Sentencing is scheduled for December 12th. He faces up to life in prison.
