Today the Lee County Grand Jury indicted Dustin Jaye on one count each of First Degree Murder, First Degree Burglary while Armed and Cruelty to Animals.
This is for the death of Debra Striano on or about July 24, 2012 in Lee County. It also is for the injury to her dog.
