Due to the number of requests for information for case #18-000093CF State v. Jose Bonilla, this is a procedural update about this morning’s court hearing.
The Honorable Judge Porter appointed the Public Defender’s office to now represent Bonilla. The next court date is a case management conference hearing on January 16th at 10 a.m.
Bonilla is charged with one count of Second Degree Murder, a punishable by life felony. He is also charged with five counts of Aggravated Battery with a Firearm and one count of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence.
Chief Assistant State Attorney Amira Fox and Assistant State Attorneys Dan Feinberg and Tyler Lovejoy are prosecuting the case.
