Today John Luc Torres, 28, of Moore Haven was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading no contest to Exposure of Sexual Organs and Possession of a Controlled Substance. This follows a sentence of 11 years in prison received last week for violating probation with this new case.
In November 2017 Torres exposed himself to a woman while driving by her in a shopping center off of Sugarland Highway in Clewiston. When arrested, officers searched him and located synthetic marijuana.
At the time of his arrest Torres was on probation for Lewd or Lascivious Molestation out of Glades County. Both sentences will run concurrent.
Assistant State Attorney Agnieszka Osowicka handled the Hendry County case and Assistant State Attorney William Dorman handled the Glades County case.
