Today Dan Sinclair was arrested on a capias warrant from the State Attorney’s Office for his involvement in the case of the death of Adam King.
King was killed in a hit and run crash in Fort Myers on June 9, 2016.
Sinclair is charged with Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, a third degree felony. He is also charged with Perjury When Not in an Official Proceeding and Resisting/Obstructing an Officer without Violence, both are first degree misdemeanors.
Assistant State Attorney Mara Marzano of our Homicide Unit and Assistant State Attorney Michael Colombo Jr. are handling the case.
